We just got our new heat pump and the men that put in, was prompt and very informative, and cleaned up too. We had to call them four days later because a sensor went out during the first frost went out. I called them and they came back in thirty minutes fixed it and were. They very efficiently. Our electric bill came in high for January so we called Schuler to come out and take a look. Turns out the compressor was malfunctioning, and thankfully still under warranty. Schuler was able to get us a brand new unit and we paid nothing. The replacement was quick, the crew was good, and the whole process was easy.
